As this video clearly shows, on multiple occasions the Leafs roster lacked the talent and drive resulting in 68 points on the season. Under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, Dave Nonis is a repeat offender; having commited the same offense with the Vancouver Canucks from 2004-2008. The Department of Player Safety has decided to tar and feather Dave Nonis and ban him from ever running another Leafs team.
